43rd annual Prescott Valley Days – “A Festival of Fantasy” May 6-9, 2021
The Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce is happy to announce that the 43rd annual Prescott Valley Days will be held May 6-9 in the Prescott Valley Entertainment District. Anchoring the four-day event is Sun Valley Rides. “They will bring a full carnival of rides and concessions that will be sure to appeal to everyone of all ages,” states Gloria Grose, Chamber Operations and Events Manager, “We will also have pre-sale carnival ride tickets available in early April.”
Starting things off on Thursday night May 6th is the 4th annual Ranch to Table dinner. With beef provided by Fain Land and Cattle Co., Chef Jim Cabral brings his culinary magic to prepare a wonderful menu highlighting our ranch heritage. Tickets are $80 and can be purchased online at pvchamber.org or by calling the chamber at 772-8857.
Friday night is our “Fiesta del Pueblo” sponsored by Carneceria Azteca and Azteca Market. There will be music from multiple bands, dancing, a taco cart, beer and beverage garden and Folkloric Dancers. This evening has been a highlight for the past several years.
Saturday night we are excited to present our first “Comedy Night” with local personality Matt Santos opening and Brian Kohatsu as our headline entertainer. The evening will open with a local band and there will be food and a beer and beverage garden.
Included in the festivities are the parade, –“A Festival of Fantasy” Saturday morning at 9 a.m. sponsored by the PV Early Bird Lions Club. Included but not confirmed are a Bear Dash 5K run sponsored by the Humboldt Education Foundation, a wild wing eating contest sponsored by Buffalo Wild Wings, a Cosplay costume contest, family and youth entertainment and the Prescott Valley Farmers and Artisan Market on Sunday. Most of the festivities are part of Prescott Valley Days and are no charge.
