Community Facilities Districts

Community facilities districts are created by the Town as funding mechanisms for infrastructure needs. Prescott Valley Town Council members serve as the board members for community facilities districts. Currently, the town has seven community facility districts:

Prescott Valley Water District:
Covers water customers south of Highway 89A who are in the Prescott Valley town limits, and those in Castle Canyon Mesa and Prescott Country Club.

Pronghorn Ranch Community Facilities District:
Covers the Pronghorn Ranch housing development.

StoneRidge Community Facilities District:
Covers the StoneRidge housing development.

Eastridge Community Facilities District

Raven Ridge Community Facilities District:
Covers Prescott Country Club Unit VI, within town limits, to decommission the package sewer plant serving the area, construct a gravity line connection to a lift station in the Orchard Ranch area, construct (in part) the lift station and force main up to the town's publicly owned treatment works, and pay the town the applicable wastewater system capacity charges.

Quailwood Meadows Community Facilities District
Covers the Quailwood Meadows housing development.
