The Department of Parks and Recreation is committed to providing parks, facilities and leisure opportunities to our culturally diverse population through the resources of community involvement, dedicated staff and sound management. Throughout the year we offer many inexpensive and fun activities, programs, and cultural events all designed for a wide variety of tastes and ages. The Department maintains hundreds of acres of parks and open spaces and cooperatively manages several special facilities for the Town’s citizens where you and your neighbors can experience the joy of learning and sharing.
