The Utilities Department is responsible for the operations and maintenance of the Town's water related utilities, which consist of: WWTP - C - 6

Prescott Valley Water System
Municipal Water System
Wastewater collection system
Wastewater treatment plant
Reclaimed Water System
Aquifer Recharge Facility

Daily operation and maintenance of these systems is performed by CH2MHILL - OMI (a private company) through a 5-year contract with the Town. Services included under this contract are: water meter reading, leak repairs, addressing water quality issues, maintaining and repairing wells, tanks, pumps and pressure reducing stations.

In the wastewater utility, they are responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Town's wastewater treatment plant, cleaning the sewers and unplugging sewer blockages.
