Prescott Valley Economic Development Foundation (PVEDF)


The Prescott Valley Economic Development Foundation (PVEDF) was incorporated in 1996 and is a private, not-for-profit membership organization made up of local citizens, business and government leaders.  The primary objective of PVEDF is to diversify and strengthen the Prescott Valley economy by focusing our resources on attracting quality companies and jobs.

PVEDF is a catalyst, building strategic alliances and providing networking opportunities between business and community leaders and local, county, regional, state and federal agencies to initiate programs that promote growth in Prescott Valley.

Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce


The award-winning Prescott Valley Chamber sponsors events, membership drives and promotions of member businesses throughout the year. The Chamber's Economic Development Committee tackles business retention and expansion issues and produces the Business Fair and Trade Show every year.

The Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce performs some business retention and expansion duties and sponsors events that have expanded the tourism efforts in the town, including the Valley of Lights, Prescott Valley Days, the Holiday Parade and others.
